Casa di Cavalieri
Though 2014 was borne of worry for the noble knights of Casa di Cavalieri, early in the new year they saw one of their own rise as Alistair, knight and War-Lord, accepted the bear furred mantle of leadership, joining Jazper as a head of the pack. His appointment as Lune heralded in a new beginning for CdC.
Alistair marked the start of his rule by journeying with his mate Lola to all the friendly packs of ‘Souls to reinforce Casa’s good name. When they returned CdC hosted another feast, inviting all leaders to join them, save for the treacherous Salsolans. Also during this time, CdC and CdM began to reevaluate their relationship, opening their gates to one another, and in the summer the feral wolves of New Dawn finally entered an agreement with their long time friends. The two packs celebrated the occasion by the joining of one of their own to CdC’s newest Corpo. Callum Knight and Veyra Damaichu became mates and the happy couple moved to New Dawn to begin their life together, producing four pups of their own, and they weren’t the only litters to be born that year.
Alistair and Lola, long time lovers finally welcomed in a precious son and daughter after what proved to be a frightening and difficult pregnancy. So, too, did Jazper and Skye Collins. Their sons, Merlin and Arthur join their father in CdC while their siblings are to be raised by their mother. Valerie, too has a litter, two pups which she is raising with the help of her pack.
Aside from this, love continued to blossom within CdC’s borders as Lycaon and Nadia and Grynn and Uryu were joined together as mates. But, it wasn’t all joy and happiness. This time came with a sad revelation and another new beginning, not for CdC, but for their long time allies, Cercatori di’Arte. Skye Collins’s pack disbanded and formed anew on distant shores. She named this new pack Midnight Shores and despite the distance the alliance is maintained.
At the close of the year all appears well in CdC, save for the rumors that begin to circulate about the Sole. The pirate’s attack may have blinded his left eye, but it’s his joints that begin to cause concern as he grows evermore cumbersome. Little is known of what will become of CdC in 2015, but one thing is for certain, change is on the horizon.
