Inferni
2014 was an awesomely active year for Inferni! Notable this year was a huge influx of members (we had 30+ coyotes at one point in the year!) including a lot of crazy members of the de le Poer family. With a surge in numbers, Inferni was able to participate in a lot of projects -- including a round-up of Drifter Bay horses, festivals for the ravens and the harvest, a new training arena, and a territory expansion!
While Inferni extended its borders to claim the entirety of the Waste and trained its huge number of fighters, however, tensions sparked between the coyotes and the southern kingdom of Cour des Miracles. Small scuffles and trespassing incidents led to an increase in paranoia and even some wolf hate! Heading a movement of coyote supremacy were the children of Priest de le Poer: Stigmata, Nephilim, Messiah, and Prophet.
While more wolfish hybrids and peaceful coyotes in the clan grew uneasy, some coyotes decided to take the supremacy movement into their own hands -- notably Messiah, who attacked several innocent wolves outside the territory and even began harassing his clan mates. Near the end of the year, Messiah was accused of betrayal and, amongst chaos and vitriol, took Nephilim's life and his own. Whether this shift in opinions will lead to more conflict in the future is yet to be seen...
OOCly, Inferni saw a ton of activity and participation from its awesome members! We had a survey and some cool contests to choose new subterritories and pNPCs, and we completely revamped our ranks for a more fluid system (including almost a hundred co-ranks that characters proceeded to earn like crazy)! We also saw long-time and dedicated member Sylvey become OOC leader -- yay, Sylvey~! Our super active, awesome members are part of what makes Inferni so great -- we're super proud of you guys! Here's to another great year!
