AniWaya

With a new home came new challenges. 2014 was a year full of highs and lows, beginning with the birth of Orléans Aston, born to Tiva Ajila and Attila Aston. In a tribe with few youth, the birth was a welcome change. Amorette Aston and Olivia Tarasova joined AniWaya to be with their estranged mother, Ocèane Aston, and their father soon follows. Family triumphs, but AniWaya soon faces hardship: in April, a group of loners threaten the tribe’s new home. Led by an indignant group of canines who once inhabited the Triplet Lakes region, AniWayans nearly lose their home for a second time.

The tribe bands together and drives out the loners and even sees two of them join the tribe. They welcome their new members into the tribe as Amorette departs to join Anathema. In the wake of the loners’ attack, Claudius promotes Olivia as the sub-leader of the tribe in recognition of her incredible fortitude. Around the same time, AniWaya visits Anathema in celebration of Amorette’s mateship to the leader of the pack, Kentaro Lykoi. The tribe and Anathema slowly begin to repair their relationship and the tribe begins to heal.
