Our first full year as a pack has been particularly eventful. February gave way to our first apprenticeship ceremony for Adelle Vihelmsen, who also marked our first pup to be raised in Casa and join the adult ranks in the fall. In early Spring our founding Luna, Anann Kelevera and her mate left Casa lands IC, OOC Katie left souls for personal reasons. Though Anann’s departure left a dent in Casa’s leadership we were able to form a formal alliance with Cercatori D’Arte through a trade mission to the other southern packs and a feast in early May.
Throughout the year we have also managed to gain the favor of New Dawn, Aniwaya and we are now working towards improving our relationship with Cour des Miracles. Our hope is that the new year may find us ready for new alliences and friendships. In the early fall Alyssum de Fonte took over the role of Luna and within the month the new Luna and Sole (Jazper Rhiannon-Knight) became a couple. Tony Marino and Neela Garcia also became mates this year.
In the September Hurricane many members were devastated by the loss of Ismeme, particularly her mate (Hadley) and their young daughter (Amatha). However, The late fall brought back some hope for the future through our three litters via Alyssum de Fonte, Neela Garcia and Sidra Phoenix. Casa also hosted a gathering of the Southern Pack leaders which ended in a peace agreement between CdM/CdA/CdC/and AW. We look forward to another prosperous and eventful year in 2013!
